If cancelled up 1 day before of the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.

If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

100 percent of the first night will be charged at least one day before the arrival and it will be refundable when the reservation is cancelled with 24 hours of anticipation.

For reservations in special dates as Fair, Christmas, Holy Week, or any extraordinary event the cancellations will be done with a week of anticipation, as the reservations for groups.

The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

If the hotel did not have availability the day of your arrival, we would guarantee your housing in another hotel of the same company, a few metres from the hotel, of the same category, quality and prices.
